These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of applications, websites, and related services provided by PJey Labs (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Licence to Use the Services

PJey Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any terms shown in the relevant app store or product.

4. Intellectual Property

PJey Labs and its licensors own or retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, source and object code, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, documentation, and other content, except for user content and material expressly identified as belonging to a third party.

No right, title, or interest is transferred to you except for the limited licence expressly granted by these Terms. You may not use PJey Labs names, logos, or other brand features without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

5. Open Source Software

The Services may include open source software. That software is licensed under its applicable open source licence, which may grant rights in addition to or instead of parts of these Terms. Applicable copyright notices and licence terms are provided with the relevant Service, its distribution package, documentation, source repository, or in-app notices. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under an applicable open source licence.

You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Services
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the Services except where applicable law permits it
• Use automated means to access the Services in a way that creates an unreasonable load

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant PJey Labs the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights required to use and share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Services may require payment or offer subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed by an app store or third-party payment provider. Their payment, cancellation, and refund terms may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. PJey Labs does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service. We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how PJey Labs handles personal information when you use the Services.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, PJey Labs disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. The Services are not a substitute for professional advice unless a specific product expressly states otherwise.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PJey Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or affects statutory rights that cannot be waived.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request deletion of an eligible account through our Delete Account page.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, comply with law, or address a material or repeated breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights or any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
